In 2015 was oriented to sustainable development by merger and consolidation as well as plant and technology update for high-valued products. At the same time the company continued to build more factories in accordance with Codex standard (*) in order to create more distinctive product lines and boost brand recognition across the country and clearly define strategy for the DFB Hanco Nutrition Vietnam in the future.
In 2014 the company proceeded restructuring and consolidating the above companies and renamed the company to DFB Hanco Vietnam (DFB Hanco Nutrition), officially went into operation in 2015 and was run by Ms. Pham Thi Kim Oanh as the Chairwoman cum Chief Executive Officer.
In 2011 Food Corporation Hanco was restructured and renamed to DFB Hanco Nutrition, at the same time the confectionery plant was decided to be closed so that the company could return to its core value: milk and nutritious foods.
Food Corporation Hanco (Hancofood JSC) was established in 2007. It built one confectionery factory with the charter capital of 110 billion, in which 78 percent of sharing held by Hanh Nguyen Co., Ltd. and 22 percent held by other shareholders. All the rights and obligations were transfered from Hanh Nguyen Co., Ltd. to Hancofood JSC and Ms. Pham Thi Kim Oanh was the Board President.
Hanh Nguyen Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, specialized in dairy and confectionery with a factory in Cu Chi, the charter capital of 50 billion, run by Ms. Pham Thi Kim Oanh – the General Manager.
